This chair is very easy to put together out of the box, you almost don't even need the instructions to do it. Once it's all together and you sit down, it's like sitting on a soft cloud. The leather feels very smooth and has a great shine. The back of the chair molds to your spine like a glove and to top it off the adjustable headrest feels great and stays in place wherever you set it. I gave this chair 5 stars because for the price, the quality and comfort cannot be met.

I was nervous to buy a chair without sitting in it first but I was not disappointed. Very comfortable.Two disappointments: The vendor does not provide tracking information which is unfortunate and the chair is more of a "wine red" than a nice dark brown.

The chair is easy to put together and arrived on time in perfect condition but the quality of construction surprised me. The entire chair frame and wheels are made of cheap plastic but painted to look like metal. The frame has a very low quality feel and when I put a little weight on the armrests they flex outwards. The chair back is not any higher than a standard office chair except the headrest pulls upward to extend the back by a few inches, similar to a car headrest. The chair back does not tilt but rather the whole chair tilts backwards which I do not care for. This chair does not feel as though it would last very long in my home office therefore I am returning it. The leather and chair padding do feel nice but I was looking for a higher quality chair similar to the all metal and leather chair I have at work.
