Solid product
By Erik1988
Watch Video Here: http://www.jojokokom/review/R2L0AZW89BEKJV * Easy Assembly* Basic functions of height and tilting* Metal with blue seat and black mesh back looks great on this chair!* First time I put it together I didn't tighten one of the arms enough and it was loose in a day...so just make sure you tighten things up.* Seat material seems strong and durable. Also the seat is firm, not plush.OVERALL: Really solid feeling chair that should last. Wish there was an adjustable lumbar support included in the price.NOTE:In the video I didn't give the full range of the arm rests. They turn left and right. They elevate up and down. They also slide forward and backward.Unfortunately no locking mechanism, meaning as time goes on and things loosen up you can't stop the arms rests from moving. But right now it's fine.

Nice but with some annoying flaws
By Never pay retail
Assembly: First order of business is to pop the casters into the base. Sounds simple, but I had to fight to get them all in. Some slid in easily but others were a war and would not go in to the same depth as the others. First indication of less than precision construction. Then the arms go on. They are well labeled which is R and L so no chance I'd gotten them on wrong. The R arm went on easily but the L arm again was a battle. The holes in the arm, seat base and plastic seat base cover all seemed out of alignment so it was nearly impossible to get the bolt to go in straight without stripping. I notice one other reviewer had a similar experience. I did not have any trouble connecting the back to the base. It's a little awkward, but if you work at the corner of a table with the back hanging down to the floor, it can be accomplished.Appearance: The chair is HEAVY which bodes well for durability. It's shiny & sleek look is ruined by the fact that the seat (Charcoal) and the back (black) look like they are mismatched parts from two different chairs. I can't imagine why you'd design a chair like this!Functionality: The seat is SUPER firm and flat without any contouring. I'm not sure it will be suitable for a full day's use. The back is comfortable, seems to provide enough support in the lumbar area and would be suitable for a fairly tall torso. It can tilt back or lock in one of three fixed positions. The arms are height adjustable but don't go low enough to fit underneath a desk.Deal breaker #1: The arms have more than just a height adjustment. They can slide further forward towards your knees or towards your back by about a 2" range as well as pivot out away from or in towards your body to accommodate your personal likes. Seems like this would be a great customization feature and it would be, IF YOU COULD LOCK THEM IN PLACE when you had them where you like them. But they move when you aren't trying to move them and feel wobbly since they don't lock in place. Let's say you were standing up and you wanted to move your chair by pulling on the arm. You're very likely to have the armrest change position before the chair starts to move in the direction you're pulling. Not only is this annoying, but loud since the armrests make a clacking noise when they adjust. This would have been so easy to avoid. All you'd need is a little button that had to be pushed to unlock the armrest so it could be adjusted and leave the arms solid and immobile unless the button was depressed.Deal breaker # 2: When the back is locked in the upright position, it almost feels like you're leaning forward. When it is locked in the middle position, you're definitely not sitting up straight. I'm not a fan of the unlocked setting where it tilts back depending on how much you lean back but I'm going to have to get used to it because the other options are not gonna work for me.Long story short, this is a decent chair, but you might also want to consider Basyx VL712MM10 VL712 Mid-Back Mesh/Fabric Swivel/Tilt Chair which not only has none of the annoying drawbacks of the Hon chair but currently costs about a hundred bucks less.EDIT: I took the arms off entirely and like the chair more now, especially how it can now actually fit tight to the desk when pushed in. The seat cushion is still too firm for my tushy.

Great chair - high comfortability rating
By D. Marvin
This chair arrived in a pretty damaged and somewhat flimsy box, but the parts were all there and the assembly was easy enough. I had to set the top part on a recliner and angle it just right in order to attach the legs to the seat, but that was the only tricky part and I was able to assemble it in about 25 minutes without the aid of another person. I am worried (because I have cats) that the thin mesh back of the chair is susceptible to being torn, but it seems to be made pretty sturdy that just sitting in it and leaning back in it a lot will not cause it to wear out. It is really quite comfortable and rolls very easily. We absolutely love this chair compared to the stationary one we had at our desk before. The cushion (as you can see in the pictures) has quite a lot of padding and it's a really comfortable chair. It's also an aesthetically pleasing chair to be certain. I feel like we will have this in the house for years and years. Had never heard of this brand prior but I will recommend them to others if cost is not one's primary concern.
