Too cheap to get an Aeron-level product,I've typically bought office chairs through Staples.The most aggravating thing about those chairs is thatI've had the arms snap off more than once when gettingup (and I weigh less than 200).And the armrest cover material takes to flaking off withina year or so.Thus far, this chair has been top notch in those areas-no mechanical failures, no "moth-eaten" armrest covers.

The chair shipped quickly, was easy to assemble, and is very comfortable. I would recommend this chair to anyone who spends most of their time at the computer.

1. Took about 20 minuted to put together. 4 minutes of that time was using a few grown up words when I dropped a large metal piece on my foot.2. Only needed a screw driver, and the included tool that came with the chair. Very easy to build. Used the cardboard box as support, also mentioned in the instructions.3. Seat Up/down, back height adjustments and some tilt. At first the tilt did not seem to work, than I played with the adjustments a bit and Wa-La it does ( One has to pull out the handle on the right side to tilt)....Sitting on this cushion seat was very comfortable.Recommended highly by this companies product.
