I am only 6' tall and 170 lbs. which is usually an average height/weight.I have both the back piece and the headrest adjustment at the max height. AND STILL the lombard support is too low and the headrest goes across hitting my shoulders when I'm upright. Not only that but the seat is at the lowest height to the ground and for correct ergonomics I need it to go 1 more inch.I'm very disappointed.The only thing that I can think of that would explain all of the problems is that they are sticking leather seats on the normally mesh seated chairs bringing your butt up a couple inches. This is a lot of money to spend on a chair that doesn't fit an average person correctly.Maybe the full mesh chairs are correctly designed. Do not get his chair (mesh back and leather seat) if you are 6' or taller and if you are shorter than that you will need a footstool to bring your feet to the right level.Update: I did take it apart and drill new holes to bring the back up higher, which also doesn't allow the headrest to be put on. I've been using this for several years, and it's a great long lasting chair for my size, despite issues to work through.

I am a thin person and this chair is for big people. The cusion leather seat is hard. THe armwests don't go in and out, the toggle inside and out which is weird. The height doesn't adjust low enough. Not too comfortable.Overall, OK. Not what I expected for $600 though. Wouldn' buy again.

I work in front of a PC and telephone a great amount of the work day so did research and found this Ergohuman chair to appear to be well designed for good support for long hours. I received the product as promised. The assembly process was well laid out and the product went together very nicely. This chair would get 5 stars for comfort, and quality, although the back doesn't adjust quite high enough, and I am only 5' 10".
