I'm a computer gamer, wanted a mesh back to cool my back during my late night adventures... The mesh is sturdy, the leather set cushion is nice... but....The head rest sucks, really, i'm 6'1 and the rest just tops out at the base of my head, the bottom is at the base of my neck. This makes resting my head back very uncomfortable.i would not recommend this chair for any one of 5'9 or taller. The company should reconsider renaming this chair a mid back chair.

I purchased this chair to use as a sewing/craft room chair. It is very comfortable and has many adjustments available - arm width, height, back recline. It was easy to put together. There was a problem when the chair arrived. The packaging seemed to be intact but one of the plastic sheathings on one arm was shattered into pieces. I know that kumisjojon is very easy to deal with on returns or exchanges but this item was so large and so heavy that I knew I could never get it packaged correctly to return ship it and I also knew I could never wrestle it into my car by myself and get it to UPS. So, instead of returning it to kumisjojon, I called the manufacturer and explained about the shattered arm. What great customer service from the manufacturer! They took my info and shipped a new arm (at no cost) to me within 24 hours! This sealed my five star rating - knowing that the manufacturer stood behind their product and would provide great customer service if I needed it in the future!

One thing I love about this chair is it helps with your posture during long sitting sessions. I have noticed significantly less lower back pain since getting this chair. Assembly was easy although the head rest requires an allen key not included. Of course that was the one missing from my tool box but no biggie. The one negative is that the cushion is a little too stiff and that is the reason for docking a start. Would I buy it again, absolutely. If you ever feel like you slouch when you sit or your back hurts, I think you will find this makes a big difference. The packaging could be a little more robust.
