Received this item today as always perfect shipping with kumisjojon prime. 3.99 overnight and arrived on time the day after thanksgiving. It was neatly packaged. They were nice enough to wrap some parts that might get scratched in their very own Chinese newspaper. The directions lacked words and overall it took my boyfriend about 15 minutes to put together (of course not looking at the directions). As with most things from china there are VERY minute defects in the paint. The plastic caps that cover up the screws are kind of awkwardly sized/shaped and do not sit quite as flush as you would like.I have no real complaint about it though as it is still very nice. I have an all black glass desk, in a mostly black red and white office. This white office chair looks clean, sleek, high quality for the price, and the contrast is also quite pleasant. The chair arms are also slightly hard to move up and down but I think its just because they are new. I do like that they move though so I do not accidentally hit the glass desk with the arms of the chair. The kumisjojon pictures do not do it justice, this looks much better assembled in your room.As for support I would say it has very good lower back support and head/neck support. I am very short so the top of my head aligns with the top of the chair. However my boyfriend's neck is nicely supported as he is much taller then I. I fear I may not leave this chair for a while. It is very comfortable compared to the one I am replacing. Very cozy and cushy, as well as very soft leather. If this one breaks, I will be buying it again but it seems very durable and well made. :)

Nice chair, pretty quality. Had it for four or five months, maybe more. The movable arms are not as stiff as when i got it but that is expected, doesnt bother me. Doesnt get as dirty as you would think since its all white. Oh, and it was also really easy to put togeather.

I gave this chair five stars because it met all of my expectations for a new desk chair that is practical, stylish, and comfortable. I like that the arms can be put up because I can sit indian-style and I can put them up to push it more fully under my desk when not in use.The lower back support is great, it looks like it should be the pilot seat on an X-wing fighter (for a color coordinated stormtrooper perhaps). I have only just started using it, so I will update after awhile to make sure I give the most accurate review. I'm pretty picky about these things.Pros:-Cool color-firm but not too firm cushion with good lower back support-armrests are at the perfect height to ergonomically support my arms and wrists while computing (I'm 5'6" if that matters) and the fold-up feature is pretty simple yet ingenius-assembly is pretty simple and comes with pretty easy to read picture instructions, put it together in about 15-20 mins with some minimal effort-Wheels roll easily and I enjoy the textured plastic foot rests on each of the legs as I tend to rest my feet there-Once assembled, the top and the base are well-attached, it won't come apart if I need to pack it up and move it-it arrived in perfect condition with no scratches or scuffs, so good packagingCons:-the chemical plastic smell is pretty strong, but it doesn't bother me that much-the tilt adjustment knob seems stuck, but I might just need to monkey around with it-The white is kind of easy to dirty up, I got a faint dirty fingerprint on it while assembling it but this isn't really a criticism on the maker, I chose white knowing this might happen. Since it is coated leather, it should be easy to clean, will report back. Now I just need a computer tower to match and I'll be set.
