For less than $100 and free shipping, I received a professional looking, sturdy and comfortable office side chair. It's upholstered with easy to maintain and long-wearing textured material (leather or vinyl... can't say for sure). I use this chair for my home office and like it so much my wife is buying one of these chairs for hers. If you have even modest DIY skills, assembly is a snap. No scratches, no squeaks, and no unpleasant surprises -- just a high quality chair at a very affordable price.

Very clearly not leather. More like plastic. Everything else is good. It went together easily, very sturdy, arrived on time. Its just not anywhere close to being even fake leather.

WARNING: Your results WILL VARY. We were setting up an office and purchased 12 of these chairs, only one was without something being wrong. The problems ranged from bolts not fitting, end of leg being bent, leg lengths not identical, holes not matching, screws not having the Allen wrench hex cut into the bolt. Nothing prevented the chairs from eventually working but it was aggravating to need to make adjustments or not being able to have all eight screws in place.After all the aggravation, the chairs are nice but a real PITA to get together.
