I am 6'3" 350lbs and computer chairs have always been a problem for me. I have spent about $1000 on chairs in the last 14 years. Not any more! After the last six months sitting on a $150 dollar failure of a chair from a big office supply store, I told myself enough was enough and I was going to put down good money for a quality chair. After many months of searching, and nearly throwing away $800 for a big hype chair, I have finally found my favorite desk chair!The packaging it came was not that great. When first laying eyes on the box, it was immediately clear it came all the way from china. Opening the box, I was greeted with nicely wrapped chair parts, about 13 pieces in total. The assembly is very easy and the two pages of instructions made it clear on how to put this thing together.There are 12 separate adjustments that can be made to get the chair into your ideal comfort position. However, the arm height adjustment mechanism was a little confusing and as far as I can tell, the documentation does not mention how to set it up correctly. The trick is you have to raise them all the way up and you will hear a click, they then can be lowered all the way down until you hear another click. After that, they can be adjusted to the correct height. Don't go too far up though, otherwise you will have to lower them all the way back into the down position.So far I have been sitting in this chair for two hours, and I could easily go at least six more. This thing is comfortable. I got the charcoal cloth version and the quality is excellent. I have sat in the $800 big hype chair and for me, the padded cloth provides much more support. It does warm up a bit, but just get up and walk around for a couple minutes, it cools down quickly.

This chair was ordered for me at my job since those flimsy chairs keep folding on me. This chair is Great! It was easy to assemble I put it together in about 15 minutes. It is so very comfortable and holds every bit of my 300+ lbs with ease. I don't have to gently put myself down in it worried every time I sit. It really holds me and its so relaxing to sit in. I highly recommend it!

I'm six foot six 280 lbs. Comfortable fully featured chair. Similar chairs were much more expensive. So far so good.
