Liked the fact it was all steel construction. Purchased it due to the glowing reviews it had here... BIG mistake!Final assembly left the entire chair leaning hard to the left. The right arm rest was higher then the left. Whole thing set crooked. There is no way to adjust anything as it is all fixed. I believe the problem may be due to what appears to be a design change. The main chair support bracket is made of thick 1/8" steel. It's so big it does NOT properly fit under the steel base and causes the whole thing to twist and go out of whack. This is also why other people found it difficult to assemble... due to the improper fit of the base plate. The rest of the construction was also crappy. The steel arms would easily flex and bend left to right due to the fact there are no gusset supports on the shafts. The threaded inserts were cracking in the wood frame, I suspect they are not properly attached either.I did like the over all looks. It's a nice chair. The upholstery is very well done. The chair sucks you right in. Really nice! If only it was built properly. Unfortunately, it has just to many problems, so I am forced to return it.If you find this review helpful, please vote it up below so we can warn others about this chair.

I am so glad I chose this chair. The lumbar support is awesome as I suffer from lumbar and c spine disc issues. I am 5'4" so my feet do not reach the floor even when the chair is at it's lowest position. I'm going to order a nice little foot stool to solve this problem. The chair is very well made and well worth the money. It took about 20 minutes to finish the assembly. The assembly can be done most part by one person except for the part attaching the back to the seat, I found that required two. I would definitely recommend this purchase.

This office chair is comfortable and not too difficult to set up - should only take about half an hour. It's got a lot of lumbar support. It's quite firm though; I was hoping for something a lot squishier. Nevertheless, it's still comfortable and feels sturdy.
