Chair arrived quickly (thanks kumisjojon Prime!), but the battery casing was broken. Figured I was in for a hassle of returning it. Was surprised when customer service at Nortar was friendly, easy, and quick to fix it. Within a couple of days, the part arrived and the chair was working fine. Ife loves it. Only minor gripe is the power cord is a bit short. But other than that, it's comfy and works.
