I took the free shiping option. Box came in all torned up. I got all the parts luckily. Chair is easy to assemble, took me 5 minutes. Overall quality is good enough made-in-china for home use. Dont expect too much, its an inexpesive chair, i got what i paid for. I love the mesh and lumbar support!
