Got one at work and love it!
By Hansu
Perfect ergonomics controls for my needs. Good lumbar support. Everyone who sits in it is envious. The "new chair smell" went away by the next morning after unpacking it.

Comfortable chair, some downsides
By Sophie
Packaging: The chair arrived in a big white box with the components surrounded by cardboard and plastic wrap. The box indicates the chair was made in Taiwan. It did weigh about 60 lbs so make sure you have some help when it is delivered.Installation: I would rate the setup as medium to medium-high difficulty. Some of the chair components are pretty heavy so it can be hard to maneuver between steps if you are just doing a one-person installation. There is just a one-page paper of instructions with a diagram. The instructions could be a little clearer since the diagram can be hard to read. Some tips:-When installing the arms, note the arm knobs should be screwed in where you see the rectangular slot, not the hole.-Make sure to note which side is the front of the seat when installing the mechanism. I didn't notice that and it was a pain having to unscrew everything and turn the mechanism around the right way. If you do this step incorrectly, you won't be able to install the chair back.-I would put the seat cushion onto the base before installing the chair back, especially if you are doing a one-person installation. It's easier to slide in the chair back that way than trying to screw it in upside down and then flip the whole thing over.Warranty Information: Office Star is the company that manufactures this chair.*For new purchases, the company says they will replace damaged or missing items at no charge.*It has a limited warranty from the date of purchase: 5 years on component parts; 2 years on the fabric and foam. The company will either supply a compatible part or repair the component.Features:-Seat Height Adjustment: I'm about 5'4" to 5'5" and on the lowest setting, my feet just touch the floor.-Tilt Tension: This controls how much the chair pushes back on you when you lean against the chair back.-Back Tilt Angle: This controls how far you can tilt back (only 2 settings: tilt/non-tilt).-Seat Slider Adjustment: This controls how much "seat" is in front of the chair back.-Arm Height Adjustment: You can pull up and down on the armrests to adjust for their height. A button clicks to let you know the position is locked in place.Other comments:*Weight limit is indicated as 300 lbs.*As another poster indicated, there seems to be a chemical smell from the chair. I think it's the chair fabric. It smells vaguely like new paint. I'm hoping it will air out and go away.*The chair itself seems of high-quality. The chair pad is a good thickness and the textured fabric seems like it can withstand some good wear and tear. The chair back is the perfect height for me and provides good back support.*Armrests seem flimsy. They are just molded plastic without any fabric covering. Also one armrest seems slightly higher than the other on my chair. Not a big deal for me since I don't normally use armrests.

Don't buy this chair if you are sensitive to chemicals, it off-gases nasty stuff. But it is fairly comfortable and maybe it will stop stinking someday.
