Chair doesn't seem to go down as far as my previous one. Also its one of those poorly designed chairs where the back of the chair is held to the base of the chair by the arms. I owned one with the same connection as this 2 chairs ago and the cheap plastic around the screw broke on one of the arms on the base end. Since that was the only thing holding the chair together the back dropped down on that side.Might not be as much of an issue if you're a thinner person. As a big guy I wouldn't recommend this chair.

Pros: The hydraulic mechanism works fine and the chair is attractive and comfortable. I like the padded arms.Cons: My main issue is with the tilt control and the lock mechanism. I keep having to turn the chair upside down to fiddle with it which is annoying. If you are someone who likes to rock a bit while you're sitting in your office chair-I would take a pass on this one.

This is a nice looking chair and comfortable. I would prefer more foam in the seat.
