In my search for a new office chair. I shopped and sat in a lot off them at local office furniture stores (not the Depots or Maxs). All were the pricy ones. This one was not stocked anywhere. I found this one on my internet searches and ordered it, intending to send it back if it did not feel right....I`ve had it six weeks and its not going anywhere. Being 6 FT over 220...this is the best office chair I've sat in.

I bought this chair for my husband's home office after I returned another Hon chair that came all destroyed during shipping! I'm glad I upgraded to this chair because this one is way more comfortable than the other one. (And it looks better overall!) Another plus was that it came fully assembled. Also, some chairs you can't seem to sit for a very long time without having to get up and stretch - even though we all should get up to walk around a bit, this chair makes it a little harder since it's so comfy! It's a pricey chair, but for something that you sit on every day for hours, it's a good investment (and good for your back and bum!).Overall grade:Price: BProduct: A

I have a bad back so I need a chair that provides the right balance of support, cushioning and adjustability. After using this chair now for several months, I really like it.The bottom cushion is just right - not too hard and not too soft. And, by sliding fore and aft, it can be adjusted to provide the right support for my thighs.The arms adjust up and down and in and out - I adjust them all the time to get the right support. Nice feature.The mesh back provides good lumbar support and it has some "give" so it's not too firm.While this chair doesn't have the look of those leather executive office chairs, I find it more comfortable. And, unlike many of those cheaply made imported chairs, this is high quality and, for those who care, made in the USA. Highly recommended.By the way, the internal dimensions from one arm to the other at hip height is about 20 3/4". I'm about 6' tall and weigh about 185 lbs and I find there to be plenty of room for me. I imagine that if I were a bigger boy, this chair might seem a little tight.
