I spend anywhere form 6-16 hrs a day coding at my computer and this chair makes it feel like I have done half of that time. I highly recommend the M series for anyone that is taller or bigger build, a friend of mine has a F series and it is great, but would not fit me as comfortably as this one does. Great chairs!!
