For a long while I was looking for a chair that can double as a computer chair and a tall artist drafting chair. I was making sure that when using the computer station, I'd be able sit comfortably with my legs not hitting the pullout keyboard underneath the table. Then when I'd transition to the drafting table, I can raise the chair to a tall comfortable height. The computer table is a normal height around 30" tall and my drafting table is around 38" tall.This chair meets my expectations. Chair is solid when assembled correctly. Take your time when assembling, especially with the foot ring (keep it in the correct position, not upside down) because once it's set in place it probably won't come off without damaging your chair. Good for heavier people too. Great chair!

Finally found the perfect chair. I have an identical one at the office in the taller model. The chair descriptions are sorely lacking so after much searching, 13-37N30D has a height that ranges between a low of normal and a high of drafting so lets me get right in the middle without having to sit on a cushion. Range is from about 20" to 28" from floor to seat. Regular office chairs seem to go from an okay height to a squat so the adjustability is fairly useless. Comfy but firm, doesn't hug your bum.The only thing it needs is arms, which after a lengthy search, I found some for about $35 on kumisjojon which is model A15. Haven't received them yet but pretty sure they are the correct ones. Most sell for about $50 or more - up to $140 so keep searching. Larger seat than your normal task chair so works great for 200+ lbs. I've had my taller model for 2 years now which is why I finally started searching online for the same type and this height is perfect. This chair also has an adjustable seat and back so it can be set perfectly. Setup took about 20 minutes.
