My husband is 6ft 4inches - tough to shop for and had a terrible chair which had what APPEARED to be padding, but when you sat down, it basically went straight down as if the padding wasn't there. I myself work in an office with incredible chairs that run par with aero - in price and support, so when I went looking for a chair to replace his, I was looking for something of similar quality or perhaps just a touch down, but not much.This chair, though not quite as great as my work chair, sure is a close second. He is able to adjust the headrest to fit the curve of his neck and the bottom half of his head, the back support piece is easily adjustable and even after a few months of use, the cushion is still just as supportive as it was when we bought it. My husband, at first, wasn't sure about it because he sat a little higher than he was used to, even at its lowest setting, but after a day of use, he got over that and now raves about the chair. It was a VERY good buy.

I initially bought this chair for two reasons. First, I am just about 6 feet tall and carry most of my height in my torso as opposed to my legs (29.5-30 inch inseam for a 6 foot tall guy leaves a fair amount of height in my upper body). When I sat in most high back chairs designed to have head rest and leaned back, my head was above the head rest. That is not a problem with this chair at all. Second, when I bought it I was very heavy (over the 250 limit on most chairs). Many other chairs I had rattled loose due to my size and weight and the pneumatic lift would often sink while I was sitting on chair. This too was not a problem. I have this chair in my office and home office. My wife is around 5.5 and finds the chair very comfortable but maybe slightly big for her. Well made, well constructed awesome chair.

Three years later and I'm still loving this chair. It's held up very well. After 3 years of daily use, it still looks new. I have no hesitancy about recommending this one to anyone.
